While we do record a lot of large orchestra scores, we also record a lot of smaller ensembles.  We had a unique one last week where we spent 3 days in the studio recording a 7 piece Renaissance ensemble for a videogame score TBA.   We had a blast recording for this game.  It is not often that we get Nyckelharpa, Hardanger Fiddle, Traditional Fiddle, Lute, Viola da Gamba, Guitars, Bouzouki, and a large number of recorders, whistles, and percussion in one room at the same time.  The players were all incredible and can’t wait to share the

It was great working with composers Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe on this score. Star Wars Outlaws was released yesterday by Massive Entertainment-Ubisoft.  It was a thrill working with our friend Wil Roget and his team of composers (Jon Everist, Kazuma Jinnouchi, Cody Matthew Johnson and others).   We were thrilled to be a part of this incredible score!

Nice short clip in the studio recording the recently released EA College Football 25. Thanks to all the great musicians who brought this score to life. Thanks also to the Tennessee Entertainment Commission for their incentives that helped make recording this score in Nashville possible!
- [Great 2 days with John Tesh!](https://nashvillemusicscoring.com/great-couple-of-days-with-john-tesh/): Had a great couple days in the studio last week recording with John Tesh and old friend conductor/orchestrator Eric Schmidt on a project recording a lot of John’s sports themed classics for the upcoming Olympics and an album. You will not ever meet 2 more talented and truly nice people in the business!  It was a joy working with them both!

We are excited to finally announce the release of EA’s College Football 25 (or as the AP has proclaimed “The most anticipated sports video game of all time”)!  We began recording this mammoth project almost a year ago and it comprises: 182 pieces of music (over 170 college fight songs) About 80 musicians 11 days in the studio 59 hours of recording A team of 15 arrangers, transcribers, programmers and engravers led by David Shipps Literally 1000’s of hours of preparation, mixing, meeting, etc This all would not have happened without the leadership and vision
